Everyone is talking about the latest designer creation, so here it is – Martyn Lawrence Bullard wallpapers.

Million Dollar Decorators star and Interior Designer to the stars, Martyn Lawrence Bullard has added to his sumptuous range of fabrics with a new collection of wallpapers, many of which reproduce the stunning patterns and designs already featured in his fabric collection. The new collection is inspired by his travels around the world, particularly countries like Turkey, Morocco and India.

This is the new wallpaper panel recreating the beautiful Sinhala print I have on my bedhead. Would love to have a panel of this in my bedroom.

You will see evidence of his inspiration in the motifs, patterns and colours such as the paisley, iznik, ikat, leaf, medallions, lattice and chevron.

How gorgeous is this stunning wallpaper panel, inspired by Rajasthan and the majesty of the hand painted panels that featured on the walls of the Taj Mahal.

Derived from the panels of tile that lined the royal suites of the Ottoman sultans in Istanbul’s Topkapi Palace, these beautiful patterns combine motifs from the Ottoman era with Oriental influences.

The timeless chevron has long been a MLB favourite, and he has created a number of other classic geometric patterns to complement and counter the delicacy and intricacy of the floral designs.

I have only featured the signature blue colourway, but of course the whole collection is available in a beautiful range of colors including a soft dove shade, a warm sepia and cream, a sultry pomegranate and a fashionable black and white.

Well Mel, even though I’m currently having a love affair with contemporary architecture and interiors, I was stopped in my tracks by these gorgeous designs! Having enjoyed MLB’s shows, these designs almost seem ‘conservative’! Maybe for the ‘next’ house! x KL
