SHIPPING POLICY

We currently offer STANDARD delivery Australia-wide via Australia Post at the cost of $9.95 for orders up to $50 (AUD) and free shipping for orders over $50 (AUD). We do not currently offer Express Post or expedited delivery due to the restrictions and delays caused by COVID and the inability to guarantee next day delivery. Automated shipping rates will apply at checkout. 

All orders aim to be shipped within 2 business days if in stock. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so that you can track your order.  Custom orders of certain products may take 6-8 weeks. Lead time will be provided at time of ordering for all custom orders, although this may vary.

For all International Orders including New Zealand - If you would like a quote for international shipping please contact us here sales@melindahartwright.com. We will send you a quote for your order. 

RETURNS POLICY

We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We regret we can only offer returns or exchanges on Melinda Hartwright Signature products purchased through this website.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@melindahartwright.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund the original cost of shipping if your item is returned or exchanged.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
